The best among all get a Moderator position.
This is the only way you can get a MOD depending only on your skills, and lose the spot as well.
You need to face someone of the same level as yours to advance to the next Belt.
There is a Tourny held every month(when we get more members, but now its per week), and the winner gets MOD.
You have to keep winning to keep you spot
